TRACK MEET UPDATE
The next World Athlete summer track meet will be held on July 8 at Moorestown HS, Moorestown NJ. Athlete registration starts at 5:30pm. Along with the other events, the 3000M and pole vault will be contested. Teams with 7 or more athletes should email their roster to ecolona@comcast.net
The weather cooperated and the first World Athlete summer meet was a success. A new field event was introduced at the meet-the boletta kick. For this event, athletes kick a handball-sized leather ball. Come out and try it at our next meet! July 1 Meet Results

Summer Time is World Athlete Track Meet Time!
All-Age Community Track Meets
Now in its 6th season, World Athlete Summer Track Meets are open to the entire community. Everyone from age 3 and up is welcome to participate. No previous experience required. Check-in is at 5:30pm. The Parade of World Athletes starts the meet at 6pm.
Order of events will be posted after June 15.
Events:
100M, 200M, 400M, 800M, 1500M, 3000M, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Pole Vault, High Jump, Hurdles and Relays (Please note: Not every meet may have each of these events.)
Events in the Lady Bug Division (for children under age 5):
50M, Standing Long Jump, Child-Friendly Shot Put (soft, 3lb sand ball) and relays
Avoid line registration lines! Download and mail your entry form in advance of the meets.
Team Discounts available: Coaches please contact World Athlete prior to the meets so we can have your entry packet ready on meet night.
Entry Fee: $10/athlete; athletes under 5 are $6.00
Enter as many events as you like!
Spectator Fee for non-athletes: $2.00
